At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service. Hourly Care Minimum 60-70 MinsChoose 1 hour increments of care. Best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special diets or special needs. Good for horses and hobby farms. Regular Visit Minimum 20-25 MinsOur most popular choice. Good for many multiple pet homes, supervised feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will require 2-4 Regular visits per day. Cats are best with 1 visit per day. Drop In 3 Minutes or lessShort drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove, turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc. A non-pet related visit.
Vet/Groomer drop off and pick up We will come to your home pick up your pet and drop he/she off to the vet or groomer. When pet is ready we will go pick up your pet and bring them home to you. Mileage is charged from your home to the destination and back home again. Overnights Approx 8 hours Overnights are available on a limited basis and consist of over night care and companionship as well as late night potty breaks and feedings for your pet while you are away. Average times for overnights are 10pm-6am. Important Terms If your booking includes a holiday the charge of $10.00 will be added to the total of your bill. There is a $30.00 fee for any returned checks. If you have a returned check then you may not pay by check for the next 3 visits. Payments for services are due within 5 days of the completion of services. If for any reason your bill is delinquent by more then 5 days without prior arrangements your bill will be charged 10.00 per every 5 days your bill is late. If you run out of supplies during a sitting and have not made prior arrangements the charge of $20.00 plus the cost of the supplies needed will be added to your bill. Refunds & Cancellations
